No. Our advice is free of charge. If we are unable to prevent you being dismissed or unsuccessful at an appeal hearing, then we may be able to take your case to county court or employment tribunal. There is a conditional fee agreement for this service. This means we only recuperate our fees if we take out legal proceedings and your case is successful.
