With a sport and leisure course you can focus your employability training on a career in sport. It is ideal if you’ve ever thought about being a fitness instructor or a personal trainer. You’ll learn all about the physical side of these jobs, like how the body works and how injuries happen, and focus on personal fitness and discipline. We’ll also show you what it means to be your own boss, so you’ve got the confidence to start your own business or apply for a job in a gym. The course also covers personal development, team building, looking after yourself and managing your time.
