Our retail course enables you to learn the knowledge, required for employment within the retail sector. At level 1, the qualification covers subjects on understanding customer service, selling processes and working within a team. Covering these subjects amongst others, will give you a clear, but targeted vision of the industry. Upon successful completion, you can progress into work within the sector as a sales assistant, customer service advisor and/or move on to a level 2 qualification. Here you will gain a deeper understanding into the retail sector with the aim of becoming a sales manager or running your own retail business? By understanding consumer law, how to handle payments efficiently and are aware of health and safety laws in the workplace.
