What we do
The service works with homeless people or those at risk of homelessness to identify and secure appropriate accommodation. This could be within the private sector, through local registered social landlords, or within supported accommodation.
We help the people we work with in applications for housing benefit, and other entitled benefits, and support them in setting up utilities and furnishing the property. We can also make referrals to supporting people floating support schemes to help them maintain their tenancy.
Eligibility
To be eligible a person must be:
- aged 16 and older
- homeless or at risk of homelessness.
