What we do
This service provides housing-related support to vulnerable people who have been sleeping rough or who are at risk of rough sleeping.
The aim is to support people to achieve independence and move on to unsupported or more appropriate accommodation.
We offer support with maintaining tenancies, and wraparound support based on a person’s needs.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this service a person must:
- have been sleeping rough or be at risk of rough sleeping
- have identified support needs that show they are unlikely to manage a tenancy without additional support.
