Ban the Box criminal records campaign: Nacro interview on Sky News

Nacro Policy Manager Caroline Drummond outlines the difficulty that job applicants with criminal records and employers face about declaring criminal records and our support of Business in the Community’s Ban the Box campaign. We are calling for employers to remove questions about criminal records from the initial application form or online portal, so to give people with convictions a better opportunity to compete for jobs, and make more informed choices about suitability at more appropriate stages in the recruitment process.
