Launch of the Essex Young People’s Partnership

Published:

Our new service in Essex, the Essex Young People’s Partnership, has been launched by Simon Harniess, the Commissioner in Essex County Council. Also speaking at the launch was Ron Crank, Vice Chairman of Nacro Trustees and a panel discussion took place. Nacro’s Essex Supported Housing Team, who will be running the service, were also in attendance, meeting local people and stakeholders.

This service offers housing and support to young men and women aged 16-23 who are homeless or in need of housing. We offer support, supervision and guidance to reduce the risk of homelessness and prepare residents for independent living. This includes post-tenancy support to ensure the smooth transition to independent living.
