What we need

We are looking for good quality licensed properties – preferably with three to four bedrooms – to lease for three to five years. We are seeking properties in Brighton & Hove, Bognor Regis, Worthing, Little Hampton, Shoreham-by-Sea, Newhaven, Lewes, Battle, Brexhill and Hastings, and Greater London.

What we offer

Guaranteed income

  • We pay monthly lease charges in advance regardless of occupancy
  • We lease properties 3-5 years – guaranteeing you a steady rental income

Suitable tenants

  • We are responsible for sourcing and carrying out full checks on tenants, ensuring appropriate behaviour from the tenant
  • We regularly visit and conduct monthly health and safety inspections on every property

Hassle-free management

  • We conduct all day-to-day management of the tenancy, including council tax, utility bills and maintenance of the property, completely free of charge

Property returned in a good condition

  • We return your property in the same condition as the day the lease agreement is signed – beyond any reasonable wear and tear

What we expect

Property condition and certification

  • We require all properties to be in a good standard of repair and meet decent homes standards as a minimum requirement. For more details of what we require please click here

Repairs and maintenance

  • Landlords will retain responsibility for day-to-day structural and internal repairs, including any heating and electrical supply maintenance
  • Nacro assumes all responsibility for repairing any damage directly caused as a result of tenant behaviour
