Becoming a Trustee

Chair’s Introduction

Welcome to Nacro. With almost 60 years of experience of working with some of the most vulnerable members of our society and bringing real change to policy and practice, we are proud of our heritage and excited about our future.

Our new Trustees will join the organisation at an important time. We are continuing to help thousands of people to build positive futures, and to use our first hand experience of service delivery to campaign for meaningful change, in the context of an increasingly challenging external environment. Our experienced CEO and Executive Leadership Team are focused on meeting these challenges by striving for greater innovation and ensuring a sustainable future.

We have a diverse and experienced board who are working well together and who are passionate and committed to the work we do. We hope you will be interested in joining us and adding real value to Nacro. We look forward to hearing from you.

Tabitha Kassem
I’ve been a Trustee at Nacro since 2020. I was interested in joining Nacro’s Board of Trustees because it’s a chance to shape the direction of and support an organisation that makes a real difference to the people who need it most. Being a Nacro Trustee offers the chance to provide meaningful support and advice to the Executive Leadership Team to ensure Nacro provides quality support to its service users.
