“We are delighted that Nacro students have performed so well in their recent GCSE exams. Their results for both English and maths have exceeded the national average for the second year running, taking many of them a step closer to their chosen career. Our 18 education centres across the country – which offer a range of GCSE and vocational courses including vehicle mechanics, sport and leisure, and hospitality and catering – have equipped 1,847 16–18 year olds with the qualifications they need to succeed. We are extremely proud of all our students and their achievements. They have worked hard in the lead up to their exams and assessments this summer and it has really paid off.

“We know that mainstream education is not always the right environment in which a young person can thrive. Nacro staff are dedicated to ensuring that all young people are equipped with the essential skills they need to succeed. We encourage any students who want to learn at a pace that suits them, or find that they haven’t got the results they expected and want to explore their options, to get in touch with Nacro and see how we can help.”
