What we do
Nacro Housing offer accommodation in Doncaster for people over the age of 18 who are at risk of homelessness and need additional assistance to manage a tenancy and live safely in the community. Accommodation is available for up to two years.
Most of our accommodation is self-contained however we do have some properties with shared communal facilities and may be able to accommodate families in some cases.
Our service includes intensive housing management to manage the tenancy, backed by a centralised low-level support package. We carry out a thorough assessment of need and risk for each prospective resident to ensure our service is right for them.
We work with our residents and other agencies to prevent homelessness and help residents gain the skills and support they need before moving on to independent living.
Eligibility
To be eligible a person must:
- be aged 18 or over
- be at risk of homelessness
- need additional assistance to manage a tenancy.
