Policy and Public Affairs volunteer

We have an exciting opportunity to volunteer within our Policy and Public Affairs team. You will support the team on a wide range of activities and develop your knowledge across multiple social justice issues, including criminal justice, housing and education. Activities might include helping to monitor and analyse the political environment, supporting on researching social justice issues, helping to feed in the views of our service users to our policy positions and drafting briefings on specific issues.

This would be a great opportunity for someone looking to gain some hands-on experience of working within a multi-functional policy, research and public affairs team on a number of issues. It would suit someone who has an interest in a future career in policy and public affairs and wants to develop their skills.

We anticipate the volunteer role would be 2 days a week but we are flexible to suit the needs of successful applicants.
