Lord Mayor of Manchester officially opens new housing service for veterans

Earlier this year the Lord Mayor of Manchester, Carl Austin-Behan, officially opened our new housing service for ex-servicemen and women. The service, which opened in January, is providing six veterans with a home and support with getting into employment.

The Lord Mayor praised the partnership between Nacro, Mosscare Housing and Walking With The Wounded (WWTW) which has made this project possible.

The day was a great success and was a brilliant opportunity for the partnership organisations to celebrate this service and showcase what it can offer.
