Pride in Nacro

Pride in Nacro is the staff network group, which supports all Nacro staff across the whole spectrum of sexual orientation and gender identity.

Joining in on Pride in Nacro meetings, whether as a lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender (LGBT) staff member or as a friend, is one way of learning more about the issues faced by your LGBT colleagues and service users.

Pride in Nacro gives staff access to a wealth of information on the subject and offer opportunities to attend events to broaden their awareness.

One Voice

One dynamic voice for all black and minority ethnic (BME) staff and service users.

• Staff views and ideas are heard
• Staff can learn more about BME issues affecting them and their service users
• All staff interested in BME issues are welcome

One Voice provides a forum for discussion for BME staff on BME issues through our meetings and events; we aim to co-ordinate the diverse BME perspective and provide advice, where appropriate, for BME staff and service users throughout the organisation.
