Nacro annual review 2008/09

Changing Lives Reducing Crime

'Nacro gave me a chance. They didn't judge me, they helped me to help myself.'

Nacro's latest annual review is hosted by Aaron Mountfield, who lives in Nacro housing in Manchester.

Aaron takes us around Nacro, meeting other people using our services and reflecting on their experiences. There's Stacey, 16, getting help with her education and a new baby. Or Grahame, a serving prisoner helping other prisoners as part of a Nacro advice service. Or Mark, a long-term heroin user and offender, who's keeping out of trouble thanks to the work of the persistent and other priority offenders team.

The snapshot of Nacro's work is completed by a summary of our finances in 2008/09 and we look forward to what's next for Nacro through Aaron's interview with our new Chief Executive, Paul McDowell.
