About the service

Nacro Grimethorpe E2E programme helps young people who are not in education or work to learn new skills and get qualifications.

The service is designed to prepare young people to move on into further education, apprenticeships or work, by offering them training and qualifications in areas including Practical crafts,IT, English, maths,and personal and social development.

We provide:

• clear information and guidance on job and training options
• support to help overcome barriers that are stopping people from working or training
• support to improve employability skills, including with gaining qualifications such as vocational awards, maths, English and key skills qualifications and personal development awards
• help finding opportunities including work placements and college courses
• access to the Education Maintenance Allowance
• additional sessions to meet individual needs. Available to all participants, these are provided by our own staff or through local organisations who specialise in working with and supporting young people on specific subjects.
