About the service
Nacro Bradford Intensive Supervision & Surveillance Programme (ISSP) helps young offenders to complete their community sentences and stop offending.
The programme is available to young people on bail, on community sentences or as a condition of their release from custody.
The service tackles the causes of offending, by addressing offending behaviour, promoting victim empathy, encouraging reparation and restorative justice, referring to drugs and alcohol treatment and ensuring young people have access to appropriate education, training and employment opportunities.
We provide:
- linked-in partnership working with other agencies
- tailored supervision plans
- advice and support in accessing other services
What will I get out of it?
- reduced likelihood of re-offending
- new skills
- positive alternatives to crime and/or drugs and alcohol
- intensive support, tailored to individual needs
