About the service
Nacro Cymru Wrexham Supported Housing provides supported housing services for homeless people and those with a history of offending. The service is designed to help people develop their skills and learn how to live independently.
We provide:
• a resettlement plan tailored to individual needs
• training and support to develop independent living skills
• help with claiming benefits, accessing services and finding work
• support to access and maintain tenancies in independent accommodation
What will I get out of it?
• a support plan structured to your individual needs
• emotional and practical support
• expert help to ensure you get the support you need from other professionals and support agencies
• the chance to learn how to live independently
