About the service

Nacro Cymru Conwy Doorstop provide housing support to people with substance misuse problems and/ or an offending history, who are committed to addressing their dependency and require support to maintain their tenancy. The service is designed to support service users to address their drug misuse issues and develop strategies to make positive changes.

We provide:
• a resettlement plan tailored to individual needs
• training and support to develop independent living skills
• help with claiming benefits, accessing services and finding work
• support to access and maintain tenancies in independent accommodation
