What we do
We help people who need extra support to maintain their home. This includes people who are homeless or living in unsuitable accommodation.
Our service also supports people who rent or own their home but need help to develop or maintain the skills and confidence necessary to live independently.
Eligibility
To be eligible a person must:
- be aged 16 and over
- need support to maintain their tenancy
- live within any of the following villages in Carmarthenshire: Carmarthen town, Llangadog, Llandovery, Pumsaint, Llandeilo, Cynghordy, or Cwmann.
