About the service
Nacro ESF LEAP Project helps NEET young people move towards finding a positive outcome. The service is designed to help people find and keep work or to move back into education, by enabling them to access the skills, qualifications and support they need. We provide:
- Training in basic skills and interpersonal skills, to develop confidence and increase employability
- Job-search programmes and help with CVs and application forms
- An opportunity to complete a Bronze level Trinity Arts Award
What will I get out of it?
- Bronze Level Trinity Arts Award, which includes various different art activties and trips
- An inhouse Nacro qualification called "Getting Into Work", which focuses on employability skills, such as CV writing and interview preparation.

How do I apply?
If the young person wishes to refer themselves, they must contact their ConnexionsPA, or call Jenny on 07528 970812.
If a Connexions PA wishes to refer a young person, they must contact Jenny on 07528 970812 to arrange an interview, where a referral form will be completed.

The LEAP Project runs in Berkshire, but moves location every ten weeks. Details of each specific venue will be put on the leaflets which advertise the project, at the relevant time.
