About the service
Nacro Ipswich Stepping Stones aims to increase the take-up of Skills For Life pre-entry to entry level 3 literacy, language or numeracy by encouraging employers across the area to assess the needs of their workforce to provide a pathway to Train to Gain.
We encourage people to engage in SFL learning and development to increase their skills and future job prospects.
The project can offer a lot to low skilled, low paid individuals who need support to raise their aspirations and feel more confident at work and about their future.
What will I get out of it?
- support to increase ability
- qualifications in literacy, language and numeracy
- access to short vocational courses
