About the service
Nacro Shropshire Day Services aims to support individuals who use substances within the local community. We provide:
- assessment,action plan and review of individuals needs and goals
- 1:1 on an outreach basis
- practical support to access services such as housing and health care
- support to access leisure,education,training and emplyment opportunities
- relapse prevention
- support with independent living skills
What will I get out of it?
- increased confidence and self esteem
- reduction in substance use
- development of practical skills
- development of coping mechanisms
