About the service

Nacro Housing in Nottingham (Elm Avenue) accommodates homeless young people in priority need, aged 16-25, in good supported housing within Nottingham City.

We provide:

• a resettlement plan tailored to individual needs
• training and support to develop independent living skills
• help with claiming benefits, accessing services and finding work
• help to comply with statutory orders
• securing of own tenancy through Nottingham City Council
