About the service
Nacro Housing in Nottingham (Elm Avenue) accommodates homeless young people in priority need, aged 16-25, in good supported housing within Nottingham City.
We provide:
- a resettlement plan tailored to individual needs
- training and support to develop independent living skills
- help with claiming benefits, accessing services and finding work
- help to comply with statutory orders
- securing of own tenancy through Nottingham City Council
