About the service
Nacro Elm Avenue Housing Scheme accomodates homeless young people in priority need, aged 16-25, in good supported housing within Nottingham City.
We provide:
- a resettlement plan tailored to individual needs
- training and support to develop independent living skills
- help with claiming benefits, accessing services and finding work
- help to comply with statutory orders
- securing of own tenancy through Nottingham City Council
What will I get out of it?

- the opportunity to progress on to college, university or paid work
- a good awareness of support agencies within the City and how to access them
