applicants must be single and without dependent children
applicants must be in need of housing
applicants must be considered to be dangerous/high risk offenders
applicants must be in need of support and be willing to co-operate with Nacro staff and their referring worker(where appropriate) to access this
applicants must be able and willing to cope with the more basic requirements of looking after themselves and the property
applicants who have misused drugs or alcohol in the past meed to demonstrate that they have taken steps to deal with these problems
applicants must be committed to move on to permanent, independent accommodation
