About the service

Nacro Battersea E2E Project is a centre for 14-18 year olds to gain qualifications in Numeracy, Literacy, ICT and Digital Photography and Music.

With an emphasis on progression, we also help with CV writing and applications for college and jobs.

We give young poeple who may have a criminal record or no qualifications a second chance.

We provide:

  • a key-worker for every learner, offering advice and guidance along with support in personal and educational issues.
  • EMA of £30 per week dependent on attendance
  • lessons designed around learner's skills and abilities.
  • small class sizes allowing for one-on-one help.
  • weekly meetings with a Connexions advisor to aid with job-search and progression routes.
  • exciting outings, such as sports activities and visits to museums and art galleries.
  • the chance to get qualifications and help to reach your dream job or degree!

What will I get out of it?

  • access to the EMA allowence
  • if you've missed those crucial Level one or two qualifications in Numeracy, Literacy, ICT or Art, we will help you gain them through personalised learning timetables
  • help with placements, applications and research.
  • every learner gets a key-worker who will advise and help you with any difficulties or problems you're experiencing.
  • we help you get used to the commitment involved in full-time education or employment.
  • self-confidence
