About the service
Nacro Countywide Floating Support: Move-on Service is a low level floating support scheme, providing support to people moving on from supported housing and housing related floating support schemes in Lincolnshire.
There are two members of staff working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. The project staff are able to provide 1 - 5 hours support per week.
We provide:
- support to manage and sustain a tenancy
- a resettlement plan tailored to individual needs
- training and support to develop independent living skills
What will I get out of it?
- greater independence within the community
- a better understanding of rights and responsibilities relating to tenancies
