About the service
Nacro Tameside Floating Support Team helps people living in their own local authority or housing association flat, or in lodgings. The service is designed to offer flexible support, by providing home visits by a project worker who can offer information and support in a wide range of areas, tailored to the individual's needs.
We provide:
- information about accessing services including benefits, housing, healthcare and leisure activities
- assistance with budgeting and domestic skills
- advice on employment, training and voluntary work opportunities
- emotional support

- access to other professionals and support agencies
- support to help you live an independent life

Participants must be between: 16 and 64
- those aged between 16 and 64 and single
- those at risk of harm from drugs
- must have own tenancy or be close to getting their tenancy in the Tameside area
