About the service

Nacro Middleton Rd 24 Hour Housing Project helps people who are homeless and/or at risk of getting involved in crime to access good supported housing and to stay out of trouble. The service is designed to support a range of people including those leaving prison, ex-offenders, young people who have been looked after by local authorities, people with mental health problems, vulnerable parents and their children.

We provide:

  • a resettlement plan tailored to individual needs
  • training and support to develop independent living skills
  • help with claiming benefits, accessing services and finding work
  • support to access and maintain tenancies in independent accommodation

  • a chance to address your substance misuse
  • emotional and practical support
  • access to other professionals and support agencies
  • a chance to live independently

Service information

Participants must be between: 16 and 64

  • men or women aged between 16 and 64, homeless and in need of single person accommodation
  • those at risk of harm from drugs
