About the service
Nacro Grosvenor St 24 Hour Project helps single homeless men with drug misuse issues to access good supported housing and to access more permanent and/or lower supported housing. The service is designed to support service users to address their drug misuse issues and develop strategies to make positive changes.
We provide:
- a resettlement plan tailored to individual needs
- training and support to develop independent living skills
- help with claiming benefits, accessing services and finding work
- support to access and maintain tenancies in independent accommodation

Service information
Type of service: Housing floating support
Participants must be between: 16 and 64
- men aged between 16 and 65
- those at risk of harm from drugs, homeless and in need of single person accommodation
- priority will also be given to applicants who are leaving custody or at risk of going into custody
