About the service
Nacro Greater Manchester Extended Hours Housing Team helps people with drug misuse issues and/or an offending history to access good supported housing and move on to accommodation with lower support. The service is designed to support service users to address their drug misuse issues and devlop strategies to make postive changes.
We provide:
- a resettlement plan tailored to individual needs
- training and support to develop independent living skills
- help with claiming benefits, accessing services and finding work
- support to access and maintain tenancies in independent accommodation

- help in addressing your substance misuse
- emotional and practical support
- expert hep to ensure you get the support you need from other professionals and support agencies
- the chance to learn how to live indepently
