About the service
Nacro Bolton Pathways to Success helps young people who have disengaged with school to return to learning. The service is designed to offer alternatives to mainstream education for one day per week, by running flexible programmes that provide the most appropriate package for each individual.
We provide:
- imaginative activities designed to inspire and excite participants through formal and informal learning, such as [eg, motor vehicle and basic skills and joinery
- work and assessment processes based on practical and emotional skills
- the option to continue in mainstream learning
What will I get out of it?
- a chance to access a sustainable place in education, training or employment
- the opportunity to learn skills that can be of real value to you in the workplace
- the chance to try activities and learning options that weren't available to you at school
