Project type: Education
Eligibility:
The project is open to anyone:
- not in education
- available for a minimum of 16 hours a week
- committed to getting a job, apprenticeship or going to college
Stockport Family Intervention Project
Project type: Families
Eligibility:
- those with a history of youth offending or where parental offending is putting a young person at risk of offending
- current court proceedings in relation to a family member
- domestic abuse
- a family member who has an ASBO or who is in breach of an ASBO
- a child or young person who has been permanently excluded from school
- the involvement of more than five agencies with the family
- a child who fails to meet three or more of the Every Child Matters outcomes
- substance misuse within the family
Stockport Floating Support Team
Project type: Housing floating support
Eligibility:
- those aged 16-25 and single
- must have their own tenancy or be close to getting their own tenancy in the Stockport area
Tameside Floating Support Team
Project type: Housing floating support
Eligibility:
- those aged between 16 and 64 and single
- those at risk of harm from drugs
- must have own tenancy or be close to getting their tenancy in the Tameside area
