About the service
Nacro Braintree Young Leaders Programme is a football development award for individuals who wish to progress in football development. It is aimed at people who are currently below the minimum age to attend FA coaching awards and other training courses. The leaders will develop and deliver a wide range of volunteering programmes for young people in the local Braintree area, in partnership with local Nacro Braintree Community Sports Project.
The young leaders will be able to take part in a short training and development programme which is designed to improve and develop interpersonal, communication and leadership skills. The training will involve volunteering at Nacro sessions and building up a number of hours which contribute to a portfolio.
