We get hard-to-reach clients into work and we keep them there.

We partner with a number of prime providers and their subcontractors for the delivery of the Department of Work and Pensions Work Programme across a number of Contract Package Areas in the UK. We are keen to forge links with any providers who wish to work with us on the Work Programme.

We offer end-to-end services and specialist interventions to equip our clients with the skills and approach they need to find sustainable employment. We:

• work with offenders and people with a criminal record caused by offending and a criminal history
• remove barriers to employment
• place them into continued employment

We cover the whole employment journey from making the right preparations for work to ensuring people hold down the job. Our specialists have links with employers across the country, so can set up a wide range of job opportunities. We also provide a dedicated helpline for referrers and their clients and a tailored one-to-one service.
